Who we are

This booking service is operated by DeeCe Digital. You can reach us at bookings@deecedigital.com.

What we collect

When you book a meeting, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and any notes you include. We use them to schedule the meeting, send you a confirmation and reminders, and let you cancel. That is the only use.

For people who host meetings through this service, we store the availability settings and calendar connections they configure.

Google user data

Hosts can connect a Google account so the service can read when they are busy and add booked meetings to their calendar. When a host connects Google, the service accesses only their calendar free/busy information and creates or cancels calendar events for meetings booked through this page. It does not read event contents from other events, contacts, email, or any other Google data.

Google access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to provide the scheduling features described above. A host can disconnect at any time from their settings page or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately invalidates our access.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell Google user data, never use it for advertising, and never share it with third parties except as needed to provide the scheduling features you asked for.

Where data lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Cloudflare Turnstile protects the booking form from bots. Each processes data only on our behalf.

Cookies

The public booking page sets no tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only to keep hosts signed in to the admin console.

If you do not finish booking

If you pick a time or start typing your details and leave before confirming, what you entered (your name, email, phone number and the time you picked) is kept for up to 90 days so the host can follow up, then deleted. Use the contact address above if you would like it removed sooner.

Retention and deletion

Booking records are kept so hosts can see their meeting history. To have your information corrected or deleted, email bookings@deecedigital.com and we will handle it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
